A Change Would Do You Good

Hello! Yup, you read that right. I am now going to be posting on Tuesday along with Fridays. I am really excited and I can’t wait to share all the things that go on in my head.

You may have figured out that I’m going to be talking about change since I put it in the title. And you would be right to assume so. This last week I was really inspired by a 6-week challenge that I found for a room in your house. And I immediately thought about changing my room. Not only did I want to change the layout, but I wanted to change the whole look.

And I actually started it. I brainstormed with my parents since I am currently living at home and we came up with a good idea to move my room.  So I was able to move it and now I am moving onto the next phase of putting in new decorations and changing the way it looks. But this isn’t just about my room.

I’m sure as most of you know, change can do us some good. Whether it’s in our eating habits or with the friends we keep around us, even the slightest change can have a huge ripple effect.

In hindsight, changing the way my room looks seems like a small and insignificant matter. But currently, I am feeling renewed. I woke up this morning feeling refreshed for my run and ready to go. Something about change makes new habits easier.

And that’s where I am at happy, refreshed, and urging you to make any change. Even if you don’t think it will make a difference, there is still the slight chance that it will. All you need to do is be open and let whatever come to you.
